Brandon Hammer leads Aravo’s Professional Services organization, with responsibility for helping clients realize meaningful and lasting value from their investment in Aravo. He and his team oversee the client journey from implementation and adoption through expansion, with a focus on accelerating time-to-value, delivering measurable outcomes, and building long-term client success.
Brandon brings more than 25 years of experience spanning Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. Prior to joining Aravo, he led Global Services at Seismic, where he led a 200+ person organization and helped transform the services business—accelerating time-to-value, expanding services adoption, improving profitability, and strengthening customer outcomes.
Previously, Brandon held senior leadership roles at ServiceSource and Concentrix, building and scaling Professional Services capabilities supporting complex global enterprises. At Aravo, Brandon is focused on combining our deep third-party risk management expertise with operational excellence and innovation to help clients realize value faster, expand that value over time, and confidently navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape.
