Barbara-Ann Boehler is a recognized leader in corporate compliance and ethics, currently serving as Senior Director of the Program on Corporate Compliance and Ethics at Fordham University School of Law. She also teaches compliance and ethics courses at Fordham Law, Suffolk University Law School, and Boston University School of Law. Barbara provides deep academic and practical insight to the evolving regulatory and risk landscape, helping organizations and future compliance leaders navigate complex compliance, governance, and ethics challenges.

Throughout her career, Barbara has held senior compliance and subject-matter expert roles across leading organizations, including Compliance Week, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, and Arete Research, where she served as Global Chief Compliance Officer. Her extensive industry experience also includes compliance leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, JPMorgan Investment Management, Standish Mellon Asset Management, and Babson Capital Management.

Barbara holds a BA from Suffolk University, a JD from Suffolk University Law School, and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. She is proudly admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
