Ross was formerly responsible for building operations and enhancing direct and partner channels across the region. With more than 20 years of experience in SaaS and over 13 years in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technology, he brings deep expertise in cultivating high-performing teams and delivering sustained growth across EMEA.

Ross has held senior leadership roles in complex, highly regulated environments, supporting enterprise organizations as they navigate third-party risk and compliance challenges. In his leadership positions at ethiXbase, Prevalent, and Archer Integrated Risk Management, he’s worked closely with enterprise and Fortune 500 organizations to strengthen third-party risk and compliance programs. His experience includes building strategic alliances with Big Four consulting firms and global systems integrators, fostering partner-led growth, and supporting customers in adopting integrated, technology-driven risk management solutions. Ross is focused on helping organizations improve transparency, mitigate risk, and build resilient, ethical business ecosystems.
