Doing More with Less: Streamlining Due Diligence and Maximizing TPRM Efficiency with Evaluate

Maximizing TPRM Efficiency with Evaluate Feature Image

Every year, the Philemon household plans an annual summer beach trip. And every year, I tend to forget something critical when packing.

This year was no different. Much to the dismay of my very creative 6-year-old, I forgot to pack his 64-count crayon set, which he had planned to use while sitting in the backseat of the car throughout the trip. As the most artistic of my three kids, he was visibly upset.

Luckily, he managed to find a few random crayons between the car seats and on the floor of the second row. Unfortunately, he didn’t have all the colors he wanted to create the picture he had in mind. He had to be creative. He had to figure out how to make something just as satisfying with the limited colors he had. Thankfully, he adjusted, went minimalist, and ended up creating a picture that beautifully reflected the beach sunset scene he originally envisioned—just with fewer colors.

That picture has been displayed on the Philemon refrigerator for weeks now. We love it.

This personal example reminds me that when resources are limited, ingenuity must step in. Even when our resources have dwindled and the stakes have grown, we must continue to achieve great things.

It’s a principle that applies far beyond beach vacations, especially in today’s world of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), where teams are being asked to deliver more insight, faster decisions, and stronger outcomes—with fewer people, tighter budgets, and growing pressure.

At Aravo, we build technology with that same spirit of resourcefulness. Our newly enhanced Evaluate Engine is designed to help teams streamline due diligence, increase efficiency, and adapt quickly to risk—without overextending their resources.

Smarter Risk Scoring for Leaner Teams

The upgraded Aravo Evaluate Engine fundamentally changes how organizations assess and score third-party risk. With configurable scoring ranges, customizable color schemes, and flexible risk tiering, it allows each customer to tailor the engine to their specific needs enabling teams to focus only on what matters most.

Instead of wasting resources on one-size-fits-all scoring methods, organizations can now design risk models that reflect their internal policies and appetite while saving time, improving focus, and avoiding unnecessary manual effort.

Faster Decisions with Advanced Risk Evaluations

In a landscape where risks evolve faster than ever, time is a critical commodity. The enhanced Evaluate Engine helps teams keep up by supporting more advanced, adaptable, and automated risk scoring methodologies.

With visual dashboards, granular analytics, and programmatic workflows, your team can respond quickly to risk insights through faster triage, smarter prioritization, and accelerated due diligence processes.

Streamlined Due Diligence with Expanded Capabilities

Looking for ways to drive operational efficiency? The enhanced Evaluate Engine’s expanded capabilities help TPRM teams do just that, with:

  • Unmatched Risk Visibility: Combine multiple risk domain assessments or keep them separate—either way, get a clear, visual picture through interactive analytics, charts, and histograms.
  • Granular Risk Analysis: Drill into relative risk scores across third parties, risk domains, and engagement timelines for more targeted and efficient mitigation planning.
  • Custom Scoring Ranges: From 1–2 to 0–5,000, configure the ranges you need to avoid overcomplicating or oversimplifying assessments keeping them focused and relevant.
  • Centralized Risk Intelligence: A single source of truth across departments that reduces duplicated effort and enables collaborative, real-time decision-making.
  • Efficiency Gains: By streamlining assessments, automating workflows, and simplifying how risk data is consumed, organizations save time, cut manual labor, and reduce third-party onboarding delays.

Optimizing Resources with Adaptable Visual Intelligence

Lean teams often struggle to cut through data noise. Transforming raw risk data into actionable intelligence, The Evaluate Engine uses customizable visuals and trendlines that highlight what matters, such as risk changes over time, engagement frequency, and total exposure

Risk professionals can “roll up” or “drill down” into detailed third-party profiles, identifying historical risk patterns or spotting emerging threats without needing to comb through endless reports. This empowers even small teams to maintain oversight across thousands of third parties efficiently.

Maximizing Impact, Minimizing Overhead

Organizations no longer have to choose between control and efficiency. The new capabilities in the Aravo Evaluate Engine make it easier to optimize due diligence, enforce consistency, and identify risk earlier—even with constrained resources. For example:

  • Assessments are more precise, meaning less rework and follow-up.
  • Alerts and escalations are automated, reducing manual oversight needs.
  • Color-coded risk signals make it easier to prioritize without delay.

The Right Tools for Today’s Demands

Risk professionals today operate under growing pressure from increased regulatory scrutiny to rising internal expectations. The enhanced Evaluate Engine is designed not just to keep up with this pace, but to empower lean teams to excel. With smarter evaluations, faster workflows, and a more intuitive experience, organizations can take control of their TPRM programs without overextending their teams or budgets.

Conclusion

Whether you’re a 6-year-old destined to color the next great masterpiece or a TPRM professional, resources matter. Aravo’s enhanced Evaluate Engine delivers what TPRM teams need most: clarity, efficiency, and control. It’s a powerful solution designed for organizations that need to streamline due diligence, respond to risk faster, and achieve more with less.
