Technology Enables Business Change.
People Drive Business Change.
Yearly failure rates for software projects—marked by cost overruns and missed deadlines—persist at an alarming 40% to 70%. The consistent and primary cause of this widespread failure is not technological, but human. The true challenge in digital transformation is cultivating and empowering the team to drive success.
That’s where Aravo people come in. We combine a deep passion for TPRM with decades of experience and a focused approach. Aravo people know how to help you master evolving technology like AI, manage the unique integration needs of complex TPRM programs, continuously optimize your program, and deliver measurable results in brand protection, operational resilience, and financial continuity.

Brian Carroll
Director of Value Engineering
My role in Value Engineering is geared towards helping our customers get the most out of our solution, and I’ve been at Aravo long enough to see many new customers become veteran customers with mature TPRM programs. Every challenge requires a different creative solution, and that’s what I love about it.
Every customer I have worked with has taught me something, whether it is the need to account for a business requirement, a regulatory push within their industry or something else, I learn from all our customers and apply that knowledge to others as well.
Ross Paterson
Director of Customer Success
What I love most is working at the intersection of strategy and relationships. My team and I get to think big picture about how companies can scale their programs and achieve long-term resilience; while building trusted relationships with the people running those programs, ensuring they get the insights, support, and advocacy they need.
The best part is seeing the impact — a customer rolling out a new compliance initiative globally or streamlining due diligence across thousands of suppliers — and knowing that our collaboration played a role in that success.
Elba Lugo
Business Solutions Consultant
Partnering with enterprise organizations to understand their third-party management challenges, I help them envision just how Aravo can transform their risk programs. I love being able to problem solve with purpose and encourage clients to reimagine what’s possible. That means translating complex requirements into tailored solutions, ensuring that we’re both strategic and value driven.
And because every organization is different, every engagement feels fresh and meaningful.
Gabe Bringas
Senior Director of Technical Account Management
I drive technical excellence and operational efficiency through leadership and data-driven insights. I love it because I get to solve complex challenges in ways that elevate both customer satisfaction and organizational performance.
I value the trust customers place in me, and I approach that relationship with humility and ownership. The best part is helping them overcome challenges with compassion and delivering outcomes that solve problems and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Melissa Steiner
Team Lead Solution Architect II
I design the Aravo configuration solution to meet our clients’ requirements, guide them in making implementation decisions based on our best practices, and work with the implementation team to put the solution into place. I love seeing the design conversations become working configuration.
One of my favorite aspects of working with customers is seeing their ‘a-ha’ moments: when they understand how Aravo really works for them, improving their productivity and confidence in identifying risk within their vendor relationships.
Adelani Adesida
Managing Director, EMEA
Help people solve problems, that’s what I do. Focusing on new business engagements, customer retention strategies and alliance partnerships, every single conversation is a learning opportunity, and I’m obsessed with turning the complex, simple.
Honestly, no two stories are the same. We work with some of the most interesting people who have one of the hardest jobs in the market (Making sense of the invisible risks within an extended third-party landscape).
Michael Hayes
Director of User Experience
I’m responsible for establishing the vision of the product’s UI/UX and managing the day-to-day operations of the User Experience Team. It allows me to combine two of my passions: creativity and process organization. I get to design an experience that impacts hundreds of thousands of end users daily, while continually refining UI/UX processes.
When it comes to working with customers, my favorite part is hearing their feedback; they often give a unique perspective on how they use the product, which is invaluable as we look to improve and perfect our UX.
Jim DeVoss
Senior Director, Integration Solutions
I love combining my years of experience and functionality knowledge with integrated external data provider intelligence to create high value-add solutions that fold smoothly into our customer’s risk management processing. It’s the innovation that I enjoy most, blending best-of-breed data solutions into Aravo’s best-in-class risk and compliance platform.
It’s rewarding to educate customers on our standard intelligence offerings, exploring new data channels, collaborating on solution design, and iterating through the build and deployment cycle.
Lindsay Turpin
Principal Technical Account Manager
I work in Technical Account Management, where I get to be the bridge between our clients and our technology. I’m constantly engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them get the most out of our tools. It’s that blend of technical insight and human connection that keeps me energized every day.
What I love most about working with customers is the connection that forms through our interactions. Building relationships, understanding their needs, and gaining their trust.
