Vice President, Customer Experience & Strategic Alliances

As the leader of Aravo’s global Customer Experience and Strategic Alliance programs, Rick is responsible and accountable for ensuring Aravo clients are realizing quantifiable business value with the Aravo platform and that all consulting, advisory, and technology partnerships are aligned with Aravo growth strategies and customer demand.

Prior to joining Aravo, Rick was Global Vice President of Customer Experience and Pre-Sales at Worksoft, Inc, leading all customer facing technical and delivery functions (Pre-Sales, Post-Sales delivery, Customer Success, and Client Renewals). Rick brought to Worksoft his vision of value-based selling and delivery tied to true business outcomes.

Prior, Rick was Vice President of Service Cloud Solutions Consultant at Oracle, managing a team comprised of pre-sales, post-sales, and customer success functions. Rick joined Oracle via the acquisition of RightNow Technologies, where Rick led various teams of pre-sales and customer success and the successful transition of those functions into Oracle. Previous to this Rick held various positions and led several teams at Siebel Systems.

Rick obtained a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University with continuing Executive Education Programs and Certifications from IESE in Spain and University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
