Aravo to Power Best-in-Class Third Party Registration and Qualification Initiative
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 30, 2014 – Aravo Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of cloud-based Third Party Risk & Compliance solutions, announced today the signing of a multi-year agreement with the world’s largest mining company to power their Third Party Registration and Qualification initiative. Based in Melbourne, Australia, Aravo’s newest customer required sophisticated, automated registration and qualification capabilities in order to comply with the 2011 Australian Parliament Local Industry Participation Plan Amendments. The Aravo solution requires all third parties/suppliers to affirm the company’s charter, accept standard terms and conditions, and provide standard company information inclusive of local hiring standards. Once registered, the third party/supplier information automatically routes to the appropriate party(s) for review and approval/rejection, with user-defined tracking metrics and globally-accessible reporting dashboards.
Aravo’s newest customer is Australia’s largest company by market capitalization and manages operations in 140 locations in 26 countries around the globe. Following a thorough vetting process, Aravo was selected for its industry-leading third party registration, risk, and compliance functionality.
