David Silva leads the Human Resources function at Aravo Solutions, where he oversees people strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across human resources, operations, and business management, David is adept at bridging the gap between people and business needs.
Before joining Aravo, David served as VP of Human Resources & Operations at SRI Infotech, where he led HR strategy and operational growth initiatives for more than seven years. He has also held operations and people management roles across industries including legal, logistics, and finance.
David holds a BS in Business Management from UMASS Boston and is passionate about fostering strong workplace cultures, scaling businesses, and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
