As Chief Sales Officer, Stephen is responsible for Aravo’s global sales strategy, revenue execution, and go-to-market performance. He brings extensive enterprise software sales leadership experience building and scaling high-performing sales organizations in complex, global markets.

Prior to joining Aravo, Stephen served as Senior Vice President of Revenue, North America at Ideagen, where he led the North American business across multiple software companies and drove consistent revenue performance through disciplined sales execution. He is known for leading sales transformation initiatives and strengthening go-to-market alignment through methodologies such as MEDDICC, value-based selling, and structured discovery.

Previously, Stephen was Vice President of Global Sales at Enablon, a Wolters Kluwer company, where he led a global sales organization and expanded strategic reseller partnerships with Honeywell and EY. Earlier in his career, Stephen held senior sales leadership roles at Iron Mountain, Oracle, and several venture-backed software companies, including Instantis (acquired by Oracle) and Account4 (acquired by Lawson). Stephen holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
