Jule Mehnert leads Aravo’s Professional Services Organization. She is responsible for ensuring clients are delivered the very best expertise and experience across all services engagements with Aravo, including all phases of software implementation and training. She and her team ensure the long-term success of Aravo’s clients, from delivering the best fit and rapid time-to-value to our new clients, as well as expanding current clients’ solutions to fit their evolving strategic and program requirements.
Jule has been an integral part of Aravo Solutions since 2012, starting as an Implementation Consultant. Over the years, Jule’s dedication and expertise have led to several key promotions and ultimately to the position of Vice President of Professional Services.
With nearly two decades of experience in Third Party Risk Management and software implementation, Jule brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to the role. Jule’s journey at Aravo has been marked by a deep commitment to delivering exceptional solutions and driving innovation in the field. As Vice President of Professional Services, Jule is committed to leading an organization focusing on excellence, driving high ROI for clients while ensuring that Aravo’s clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Prior to joining Aravo, Jule developed her expertise at Citi, where she held the position of Senior Systems Manager, supporting Citi’s Third Party Risk Management program and one of the Third Party Risk Management systems. This experience provided Jule with a solid foundation in managing complex systems and mitigating risks, which has been invaluable in her subsequent roles.
Jule holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
