Aravo Announces General Availability of October 2014 Release

Aravo Enterprise™ Delivers new corporate branding capabilities and enhanced security/functionality controls.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., October 10, 2014 – Aravo Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of cloud-based Third Party Management (TPM) Risk and Compliance solutions, today announced the October 2014 release of its award-winning Aravo Enterprise™ solution suite. Aravo’s latest release provides companies with new capabilities including turnkey user interface/branding controls as well as improved of security functionality for data collection and reporting.

Corporate Branding Companies increasingly require cloud-based solutions adhere to their own internal requirements for branding and design in order to improve user adoption and experience. Aravo’s October 2014 release offers functionality which streamlines corporate branding and design preferences within the Aravo user interface. The new functionality takes a template-based approach, offering multiple levels of control over default colors and graphics that are applied to standard functions (borders, active/inactive tabs, hover-overs, hyperlinks, buttons, menu Items). The application of these corporate standards provides a more familiar and personal experience to the end-user community, make Aravo solution appear as an internal system rather than a third party solution.

Increased Security and Control Companies continue to expand the scope of the risk and compliance programs they are managing within the Aravo platform. In order to ensure that these expanded programs provide the required degree of security and functionality, Aravo has incorporated a series of enhancements to provide even more control over how information is presented and collected within the Aravo platform.

Aravo provides customers with a best-in-class flexibility over data collection. Surveys, forms and questionnaires are easily configurable as are workflows for distribution and review. However, such flexibility underscores the need for rigorous controls to ensure that internal and external users have a clear understanding of what is being requested of them. It is also crucial that users are presented with appropriate functionality based on user role and workflow stage. The new release of the Aravo EnterpriseTM solution includes significant user experience upgrades to address these requirements, making it easier for users to provide required information while ensuring that the various peripheral stakeholders maintain access to required information.

“In order to ensure the continued expansion of Aravo solutions within our client environments, it is critical that we provide greater degrees of security and higher fidelity over access to specific functionality according to stakeholder role,” said David Rusher, Vice President of Product Strategy at Aravo. “The enhancements incorporated into the October Release provide our customers with ability to brand their applications with their own corporate preferences, driving higher level of adoption within user communities. We’ve also worked hard to ensure that access to information within the Aravo application is both secure and highly accessible at a level that is appropriate for specific functions across sourcing, compliance, legal and financial organizations.”
